3-Ingredient Juice Gummies
If you’re new to making homemade gummies, this is the perfect place to start. These 3-ingredient juice gummies are one of my beginner favourites — they’re simple, delicious, and made with whole-food ingredients you probably already have at home.
Kids love them because the fun mould shapes make them look just like lollies… but without all the additives, colours, or refined sugars. And you’ll love them because they take just a few minutes to make!
Whether you’re prepping lunchbox snacks, avoiding store-bought treats, or just want a nourishing sweet option in the fridge, these gummies will quickly become a staple.
Three Ingredient Juice Gummies
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free
Makes 20-24 depending on size of moulds
Ingredients:
1 cup juice — any flavour you like
3 tablespoons gelatin
1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
Pour the juice into a medium saucepan.
Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface and let it sit for 1 minute to bloom.
Heat gently over low heat, stirring until the gelatin has fully dissolved.
Remove from the heat and stir in honey, if using.
Pour the mixture into silicone moulds or a small container lined with baking paper.
Refrigerate until firmly set (about 1–2 hours).
Notes:
Gummies will keep for around 1 week in the fridge in an airtight container.
