I’m a ferment obsessed foodie, holistic health coach, food photographer and healthy recipe developer.  I live a simple life on the Sunshine Coast with my hubby and two awesome kids.

Before my first pregnancy I went on a massive health kick to heal my gut. I switched to a whole foods diet and started eating and learning how to make fermented foods. I soon got pregnant and was feeling better than ever before.

Fast forward nine years, and I'm blessed with two healthy and happy kids. Now I'm here to share what I've learnt on the way through wholesome recipes, tips and insights from my journey.

I used to be a primary school teacher and it was my for love for learning and sharing that inspired me to start this page.

My goal is simple: I want to show you how to nourish your family with simple, delicious and healthy whole food recipes.

All of my recipes are gluten-free, can be dairy free and have a special focus on fermented foods and ingredients that are good for your gut.

I’m all about making healthy eating accessible and affordable for everyone which is why I like to keep my recipes simple with minimal ingredients.

So whether you're on the hunt for some gut loving gummy recipes, lunchbox ideas, or you want to dive into the world of fermentation,  I’m here to help.

When I’m not cooking up a storm or snapping pics of delicious food, you’ll find me homeschooling my two kids, hanging out at the beach or trying out one of my latest hobbies. Right now I’m loving Muay Thai boxing, running and learning to play the keyboard.
